Figure roller skating is a very skillful sport. If you want to practice figure roller skating, you must first master the basic movements of figure roller skating. The basic movements of figure skating include heel raising, standing on the spot, alternating forward and backward movement of the two feet on the spot, and stepping on the spot. Only when these basic movements are mastered can difficult exercises begin. Let’s get to know the relevant introduction of simple figure skating exercises with the skating wheel manufacturer. Laying a good foundation is the key to the basic movements of figure skating! If you want to practice difficult movements, you must first do the following 4 basic movements:
1, in-place heel lift
Hold the railing or with the support of your partner, do both feet and single heel raise exercises on the spot, feel the position of the two front wheels and brakes, and maintain your body balance.
2, stand in place
Hold the railing or with the support of your partner, spread your feet outwards into a “eight” shape, bend your legs slightly, hang your arms naturally, and lean forward slightly, but do not bow your head and look forward.
3, move both feet back and forth alternately in place
Stand with your hands on the railing or with the support of your partner, stand parallel with your feet, move your feet back and forth alternately on the spot, and experience the position of the four wheels under your feet and the feeling of rolling.
4, stand still
Hold the railing or stand with the support of your partner, move your body’s center of gravity to the left to the left foot, lift your right foot (a little off the ground), then touch the ground with 4 wheels of your right foot, move your center of gravity to the right to the right foot, and lift Left foot. Raise and lower the feet alternately in turn, gradually increase the speed to the normal walking rhythm, experience the position of the 4 wheels under the feet, control the body’s center of gravity, and maintain balance until independent completion.
